Shipping Policy and Returns
Here at House of 1000 Kolors we try our best to get orders placed before 2PM EST out the same day they are placed, but in some cases we either have to order more product or we have a large number of orders for the day and we experience a slight delay.
All in stock orders will ship within the next business day, and if something is out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible to either refund you or order your product for you.
Expedited Shipping Methods: Fedex and UPS PROHIBIT the shipment of flammable good via air transport methods. If you choose an air transport method at checkout, and you have flammable goods in your order, we will ship the quickest possible means and refund you the difference.
We reserve the right to alter shipping methods based on time of day, reliability issues, or estimated arrival date (we try to get you things as quickly as possible)
((Example: You select UPS 3 day shipping method at checkout, and Fedex can get it to you in 2 days, we will send your order via Fedex.))
We additionally reserve the right to send you product directly from distribution points in our network if it means we can get it to you more quickly than if we shipped it from our shop. We have distribution points at 5 East Coast Locations to better serve you.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise *Excluding Garage Sale items* can be returned for replacement. Defective or damaged goods can only be returned for a refund to your original payment method with prior authorization (Email us, its usually not a problem!)
No Returns 60 or more days after purchase.
No Returns are accepted for opened materials.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns of new, sealed items, unless we explicitly tell you otherwise. This covers the cost of payment processing fees, restocking, and in some cases, returning the goods to the manufacturer if it is a special order.
