The 3M PPS Series 2.0 Standard Lid and Liner Kit is a disposable spray cup system for mixing, measuring, filtering, and spraying coatings. It is built for collision shops, custom painters, and refinishers who want less gun cleanup and steady material flow in any spray direction.
Features
- 650 mL (22 oz) standard size with a built-in 200 micron full-diameter filter in every lid
- Kit includes 50 disposable lids with integrated collars, 50 disposable liners, 1 reusable hard cup, and 32 sealing plugs
- Quarter-turn lid locking system locks the lid to the cup and helps prevent paint buildup and cross threading
- Sprays in any direction with 360-degree rotation
- Domed lid and wider fluid spout hold up to 3 fl oz (90 mL) of material below the filter to reduce sputter from air entrapment
- Mixing ratios printed on each cup, with a clear access window for easier tinting and refilling
- Enlarged sealing plugs let cups stand upside down to keep filters wet while coatings are stored
- Redesigned adapters give four points of connection from gun to lid for stability
