Description
High Teck 7500-1 is a light gray, 2.1 VOC high build epoxy primer for collision shops, restorers and custom painters. This 7500 Series epoxy mixes 1:1 with catalyst and is formulated for strong adhesion and corrosion resistance on properly prepared bare steel, aluminum and OEM finishes.
Features
- True 1:1 mix with High Teck 7503 Epoxy Catalyst (sold separately)
- Works as a high build primer at 10% reduction or as a sealer at 25% reduction
- Adheres to sanded and cleaned galvanized steel, aluminum and OEM finishes; no acid etch primer needed
- Formulated for maximum corrosion resistance
- High solids (45% by weight), tintable and sands easily
- Dries to a true flat finish for topcoat performance
- 30 minutes between coats, 60 minutes to topcoat, 36 hour maximum open time before sanding is required
