High Teck 8403-4 is the slow activator (hardener) for High Teck 8400 Eco Clear. It is the hardener component of the 4:1 clearcoat system, for painters and refinishers who use the 8400 Eco Clear. This listing is one quart of activator only; the 8400-1 clearcoat is sold separately.
